Just how far are we in the UK going to allow our ongoing surveillance society to go?
With Google now starting to map the UK for their Google Street View application it seems that at least the UK Information Commissioner will stick up for the ordinary citizen, that is if the complaints are made!
Although Google says that it will use ‘face blocking’ technology to blur faces, the technology is still untested.
So beware if you see a strange looking car in your area, you could end up in a Google Street Map view with some explaining to do!
